    It’s a pretty photoshop job around a piece in a puzzle that makes a piece of wall art in a parking lot in Guelph, Ontario Canada between Macdonnel and Cork St. The only part of that picture that is on the wall however is white “sign”, none of the color (except the chipped paint)is around it.
