If i lived there, There would constantly be symphonic power and death metal playing over the loud speakers. Meanwhile a frosted moon would be constantly overlooking my nighttime sky inferno awash with galactic gems! Big giant white knights with red and black armor would be maintaining sentry around my cold oaken throne. Pictures of jesus suffering and demons locked in battle with arch angels would decorate my halls lit with blue fire torches. I would look from atop my tower in my black chrome armor and spread my giant silver mechanical angel wings and put the land in a terrifying love for me. SWORDS!CATAPULTS!STABBING!SEVERING!CLOSE QUARTER HEAVY ARMORED COMBAT! SODOMIZING RED HEADED MAIDENS! HEAVY FUCKING METAL! FUCK YEAH!!!!

It’s not true that the Mont St. Michel is no longer accessible by car. While in the past it was often surrounded by water, this has become less frequent in recent years, and is more often flanked by pasture (not to mention a large parking lot full of huge tourist coaches). Doesn’t mean that anyone should attempt a stroll there though! People still die in the quicksand-like silt.

Drove down there about 2 years ago and parked on the sand to the right hand side of this picture.
It’s a mondo tourist trap, but still anjoyable.
Cheap by air from London too.
