Its a truck. Made by Mercedes Benz. It's called a Unimog. THe closest thing to it is a Pinzgauer. Its a 4WD with portal axles ( there is a 6WD version). In railway mode.. It was kind of fun driving it around and dropping it on and lifting it off track. The only thing is it was SLOW when it was in on-road mode.
