Frankly, the only people who think that look is cool are the ones doing it. The rest of us are laughing at them. Had a guy in my JROTC class that used to do that. ( Not in uniform, of course ). During drill practice, his pants fell down at least once a day. :p

that’s interesting that snopes says it’s not true. my friend was a hard-core punk rocker drug addict biker type, and any info he told us about jail was to help us if we ended up there. he spend a couple years in rikers island, and was in and out of local jail more times than i remember. he was being straight up. (he has since passed away) RIP OREN.
