@MEDIC350-THE USMC uses the CH-46. Easy to distinguish-3 wheels vx 4 on the 47 and the rear outriggers for the wheels on the CH-46.

That’s the CH-47 Chinook or one of it’s 10 (military/government) variants. Primarily used by the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps. it’s used as the heavy lifter (up to 28,000 lbs), school bus (up to 55 troops) and ambulance (24 litters).
