I’m pretty sure it is a moon.
That’s actually called BARRICADE- and the nickname for that type is BIKE RACK, or BICYCLE RACK because it resembles it. It tips over often. It’s a pain in the ass. You see it at concerts and festvals around the front of house soundboard. Crowd line control, etc.
You should see the bad ass barricades they make for mosh pits…
