Most likely, you were hit by an incompetent driver who was drunk. But they can’t ban people from driving for being incompetent drivers, so they just call it drunk driving.

First off, where you there when Drewlicious was hit? Did you verify that the driver was indeed not drunk? Secondly, yes, you can be banned for being an incompetent driver. That’s what license suspension is. That’s what failing your driving test is.

They sure as fuck can ban people for being incompetent, repeatedly. And incompetence causes you to drive with a drug that debilitates your senses (I’ve done it, it does). So if they’re incompetent to start with, and they’re using something that makes them incompetent all the more, then fuck yeah they need to get arrested. That’s a threat to society.

And when I say they can ban people for being incompetent, repeatedly, I mean that repeat offenses will lose you your license, at least in any civilized city.
