    I had a beagle growing up. I loved her. she kept chasing (and occasionally caught) the annoying geese that belonged to the annoying people next door. They would come over periodically to complain to my dad, and he would always say “That’s what beagles do and she’ll keep doing it if the geese are going to insist on honking day and night.”
