I saw this camel out in a field with cows and goats when wandering around the back roads in Sonoma County (the Petaluma area specifically). Kind of odd.

  1. It doesn’t seem odd to me, but that’s because for whatever reason the farms in Ohio have been getting more and more populated with different kinds of camels and alpacas.

  2. Its also a safety measure. Camels are more aggressive to predators than cows/sheep. Its like having a large spitting sheep dog.

  3. This is a bit strange because that species of camel is critically endangered.

  4. Is it a depth of field illusion, or are they really that size? That’s moose BIG!!

  5. Camels are hueg. Like, Clydesdale sized, for some breeds.

  6. Camels are humungous. HUMONGOUS

Yep, this guy lives here in Petaluma, California – And yes he is that big!
