    Nothing like pimping out a Neon. Though the scoop should be on the front third of the hood to really get air ramming into it, a quality build like this would see some extra performance fo’ sho’

    is that a clothes drier vent? it looks like the vent outside my house. duct tape mounting. very nice. i’m betting they are saving their pennies for a set of “spinner” HUBCAPS…
