As a Chaos player, I don’t like the idea of guys that walk forward while shooting storm bolters and psycannons, hefting strength 6 halberds, with wargear that makes my big daemons look like squibs.
They do look pretty bad ass though.
As a Chaos player, you deserve what you get for turning against the Emperor’s light.
At one point, I would have agreed. However, after reading Horus Heresy:Legion and the Soul Drinkers omnibus, I feel somewhat vindicated.
Those are falsehoods told to corupt and damn the souls of those weak in faith. The Alpha Legion was fooled by chaos-tainted xenos scum and their human lackeys, the Soul Drinkers only delude themselves that they are loyal, but their coruption is clearly evident by their unholy mutations.
Tolerance breeds treachery. The Alpha Legion tolerated the false portents of xenos filth, the Sould Drinkers tolerated their mutations, both fell into damnation of treason.

Well as a Chaos Daemon player. These guys are WIMPS!!!! Yeah they blow up my troops but one soulgrinder and they are toast. 13armor versus their 6str + a d6 = THEY LOSE! lol
Well as a necron player they go down just like everything else, under a hail of gauss fire.
