    i got pulled over for the same reason…… but i hafta say the bike seat and the wind was quite comfortable.

    but seriously. his pants were dirty and he was in a confined space where no one could see him so whats really the problem?

    Asotin county is in washington and the Lewiston that is in this paper is in Idaho, right on the border of Idaho and Washington. There is a paper mill there and it makes the whole city reek
