Quantum Leap 500x375 Quantum leap

“Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself trapped in the past, facing mirror images that were not his own and driven by an unknown force to change history for the better. His only guide on this journey is Al, an observer from his own time, who appears in the form of a hologram that only Sam can see and hear. And so Dr. Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong, and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home.”

  1. I loved this show…it remembers me… swimming pool… I used to watch it before my swimming classes… sniff… I am f* old!!

  2. It’s shows like this that make people better.

  3. This was one of the few shows I would be sure to catch every week. Some great television there.

  4. This show was OK, the cast members kind of sucked. Sliders did it much better!!

  5. You messed that up. I think it actually went:

“…who appears in the form of a hologram that only Sam, and dogs, and insane people, and angels, and children, and anyone else for whom it’s narratively convenient can see and hear. “

  6. Knight Rider
    MacGyver
    Quantum Leap
    Baywatch

These were really good shows. These were really good shows until I watched few episodes as an adult and realized how much they actually sucked.

  7. I have ALL but one or two episodes on videotape. Recorded them off of USA Network in re-runs back in the early to mid 90s (after the show was cancelled on NBC, obviously).
