Correct me if I’m wrong, but AFAIK Alan Moore is not seeing a penny from the film, so I wouldn’t expect him to be too enthusiastic about it.

caveat on V for Vendetta:
The movie was a good brain-dead action film. But the comic was extremely complex, cerebral and philosophical. Maybe Plato’s Dialogues would make a good action movie, too, but it would clearly miss the damn point.

Alan Moore thinks all of the movies based on his works are complete and utter crap. No matter how great this movie is, he’ll never acknowledge its existence. I’d love to see how they do it, but I hope they don’t screw it up too badly.

Will the movie have a scene of Adrian Veidt and Rorschach discussing the death of The Comedian while Rorschach idly fiddles with one of these? That would be awesome.
