I just can't get past how many times the geniuses of the Marvel Universe—Reed Richards, Tony Stark, et al.—say they can see only "one solution" to the initial crisis of a teenaged supergroup blowing up a playground: to make superheroes government sanctioned. Really? REAAAALLLY? You can't see any other possibilities, you, Mr. Fantastic, who can create time machines and travel to parallel universes? REAAAAALLLLLLY? I'm not saying it wasn't a fun read, as long as you don't think about it for two seconds.
