ok, so having just come back from japan, I’ll tell you whats up with this. Where she is standing is called a conbini, or a convenience store. They are open 24/7 in japan, and their food is actually good. The meals you can get to cook in the microwave won’t kill you. She is a cosplayer of a slice of life anime who’s name escapes me at the moment. Probably looking for some food.

And it could be a he for all you know so think twice.
He/she reminds me an awful lot of DJ Sisen(male) at Tokyo Dark Castle…
But I don’t know, maybe it’s just someone looking a lot like him?
