I’m surprised. I expected to see half a dozen posts on here from religious apologists trying to explain how their one particular religion is okay, and it’s all those other religions that are bad. I was so looking forward to getting them all worked up so they’d have a bad day.

@LukeV1-5
“Who did they usurp?”
Christians, Muslims, Mormans, they all stole their god from the Jews, and then turned around an persecuted the Jews all through history. Yep, that’s what Jesus would do, you all get to go to heaven. Good work!

wow. this is pretty fucking stupid.
people act like all these christians are out there destroying, oppressing, terrorizing, hoarding (wtf?), etc.
the Inquisition is over; gtf over it already.
Everyone of those black words can be used to describe just people in general; not just christians.
and besides, all the black words make me think of the Bush Administration, not christianity…
you anti-christians need to LEAVE JESUS ALONE!!!! (tee hee)
the real problem is that people take what Jesus did and said, and instead of taking his awesome advice, they fuck around and try to live other people’s lives for them.
i mean, wat the FUCK is wrong with (and i am paraphrasing here) “doing unto others as you would have them do unto you” or “love your neighbor as yourself” or “he who is without sin cast the first stone” or “take out the plank in your own eye before you worry about the speck in your neighbor’s eye” or “forgive them for they know not what they do”, etc.?
jesus never was an asshole to anyone, except maybe that one time he threw over a bunch of table and threw a fit in church.
the problem is the bastards who use jesus to control others and all that bullshit. but there is your paradox, because these peopel are not christians, they just play one on TV

This uses far too any words that describe a person that follows the religion in the wrong manner (such as believing everything Reverend A-hole says, not looking into it yourself, etc), not the religion itself or any of the religions values.

Much as I can sidestep the anti-religion theme put online by these retards, I have to say this:
Evangelists are not voices of a religion, they are zealots who wave their religion at the public with one hand holding their bible and the other hand holding a collection plate for the ‘blind faith’ followers to give them money in the hopes that cold hard cash is the way to heaven
Much as religions have heathens who misuse their religion, (if in fact they really believe in it at all), and with several religions not needing to exist at all, you cannot hold ALL religions and people of faith as bad or wrong
Religion is like American Democracy, if you go around forcing your beliefs onto others, of course you will make enemies, but if youre just happy to follow your own way of life and let others live theirs, all can get along fine
[However, since religious fanatics and americans will NEVER back down and let outsiders ever have the freedom to have their own independant ideals, we just have to sit back and wait to see which one of the two begins World War 3]

They forgot, “Ancient, hoary, boogey-man mumbo-jumbo and psuedo-intellectual demogoguery.”
