I have a couple of friends and a cousin that bought into this guy’s shit without even looking into anything he stands for. I know critical thinking rarely comes into play when people talk about politics, but that doesn’t stop me from challenging people to actually investigate their convictions.

Why is it sad that the best Republican out there is a Libertarian? It seems to me that the Libertarians are just espousing the same message that the Republicans are supposed to: small, non-intrusive government. It’s just that the Republicans today say they are for small government, but that never shows through in their actions.
