Seattle, WA. It is my firm belief that “THE MATRIX” should have starred Brandon Lee.

Bruce Lee kicked Chuck Norris’ ass.

holy shit that’s in seattle???? i must go there.

    4. I agree, there are a lot of movies that I think should have starred both Bruce and Brandon Lee, I do not own the matrix for that reason. I mean dont get me wrong, the movies are ok with Reeves, but they could have been so much better with Lee.

I agree that that’s an interesting concept, but even for all the “Whoa!” jokes made about him, Keanu Reeves is a far better actor than Brandon Lee was; and in a film where the martial arts were 50% wire work anyway, why bother with a real martial artist? Reeves’ naturally clueless-sounding voice was a major contributing factor to that film.

Anyway, critics always pan a film when the leading actor is a corpse that has been rotting for six years. That might have hurt the ticket sales.
