They are very tasty, called poor mans lobster, when broiled, the flesh looks and tastes very similar to lobster tail.

They had those on Top Chef the other night; you get two really nice filets out of them but they have a lot of gristle.
Oh Nom Nom Nom Nom. I like gobbling up monkfishes.

They are so tasty. Its a deep water fish and apparently and it glows in the dark (not all of it, just some hairs that come out of its face :S).

Yeah thats where i saw the actual whole fish. My Family’s restaurant serves it sometimes but we get precut fillets.
