The reason France, Germany, and Russia were against the invasion was because they were recipients of cheap oil that Iraq was allowed to sell (and later found out to have smuggled) for “food”. They didn’t do it because of moral outrage, and you would be stupid to think that they did.
Personally, I was against the Iraq invasion from the beginning, but everyone here already knows that.
