this part of the game always pissed me off the most, to no extent
There were points in all 3 games where I felt like the bloody Pied Piper, being followed by dozens of these things wherever I went.

It’s not so bad in Halo 3, but the library level in Halo 1 was like torture…
oh man, I really hate these little fuckers. They weren’t hard, just really annoying. There was nothing better than a nice big frag grenade in the middle of them when you first face them!
At the start I tried to shoot them all, but then I realised that they were just balloons of fail, and let them explode on me.

I’m with ya TrikYodz. I’m also glad they made it easier to headshot the little bastards controlling them.
And loving the phrase ‘balloons of fail’, apart from when there’s a whole bunch of them, and they take down your shield and start nomming you
