Mutalisks? I don’t think so. It’s hard to make out, but judging from the environment, which looks like Shakuras to me, I’d say that those are Kakaru.

There are kakaru and mutalisks.
Probably Aiur, post-cataclysm.
Dark Templars cut off their beard-like-things when they were exiled, refusing to join the shared-conscience/mind of the protoss.

Kakaru don’t live on Auir, only Shakuras, what with them being completely nocturnal. You fail.
Also, just look at the ground, and the fact that if this picture is to represent Auir after the Zerg took over, where is the fucking creep?
One more thing. Mutalisk? Where?
PS: Normal head tendrils are a lot longer than that.

PPS: See how the tendrils are capped? That’s because they are cut. Non exiles are never seen with capped tips, their always pointy, with rings or bands along the length, and hardly ever bunched up like that.

PPPS: One last thing. Psi blade beams are wide and solid energy. Warp blades are thin with energy swirling about. What do you see here?
