Add soap to the tank and drop and aquarium airator into the bowl?

Pretty much what pedantic said.
Throw dish soap, or laundry detergent, basically anything that makes bubbly foam when agitated with water in the tank. Net time somebody flushes, you have that.

You could also use Baking Soda and something else.. can’t remember the name, but its Sodium or something.
