So I guess since they have horses in Italy and the logo is a horse, they ride the moose in wherever Volvo is from?
AWESOME.
NO, it’s a parody of the ferarri logo. Theirs is of a prancing horse, horses used to be considered fast, therefore a ferarri is fast, like a horse back-in-the-day, whereas a volvo is like a moose, ugly, slow, and that ever-so-popular “what were they thinking when they designed THAT?!?!?” appeal.
Moose are common in Sweden, where Volvos are made.
