Eating fried rice sure as hell isn’t healthy.
White rice might be okay, so long as you balance it with fruit and stuff so you don’t get plugged up.

I haven’t had fried rice in a VERY long time. I miss it, even.
Rice really isn’t healthy, way too much carbs. Asian people must have some damn good metabolism. If you’re going on this diet, I suggest you work out WHILE you’re eating.

Rice is really good for you. Brown rice is the most nutritious.

White rice isn’t great, but brown rice is very good for you. Diets based around a single food are retarded, though.

white rice, itz processed, so it isnt good for you.
fried rice, also processed, and itz fried, not good for you.
if your going to go on a rice diet, make it a wild rice diet.
wild rice, no processed, not fried, all natural.

I’d rather eat quinoa, since it has calcium (among other minerals) and it is a complete protein. However, I love jasmine and basmati rice.

Don’t diet. Fat guys are sexy.

Don’t be silly. The two most populous countries in the world have rice as their staple food. And yet where do we have the most obesity problems? In developed countries.

Whether it sucks isn’t always the same as whether it’s healthy. I think the brown colour is because the white rice got fried to a nice brown. Could be browner, in which case it’ll suck less. By the way, those are clams in the soup. Why are there two bowls? All in all, it sure ain’t gonna suck and you’ll have lots of fun pulling the clams out their shells and piling the shells up high.

om nom nom!
we eat brown rice like 3-4 times a week… idk if that counts as a rice diet but its cheap and healthy as hell.
we make rice soups or we just steam some veggies with the rice or just have rice by itself with all sorts of different crazy seasonings… i like olive oil and garlic… you can really do a lot of shit with rice. it’s fun to eat with chopsticks too ^_^

There’s only one thing that goes on rice – Lamb Vindaloo!

Rice & Beans are my favorit. I’m a vegan. My favorite rice is wild rice. Brown is cool too.
