It is called an Assault Cannon and it is commonly used by Space Marines in Terminator Armour. No normal man could lift that thing. Should be on a tank. It has a 60″ range and can be shot on the move,.

That is the General Electric M-134 Minigun. Fires 6000 rounds of NATO 7.62 x 51 mm shells per minute. Has to be attached to a power source, like a truck battery or a converter from a vehicles engine. Also required to use some sort of tobacco product while firing. Preferably chew, as it makes you a sexual Tyrannosaurus.

Tis a Gatling Gun. Featured in the movie Terminator 2 and Predator. It was first invented in 1862 and required a crank to make it turn.

IT IS A PROP!
That thing clearly has a handle for carrying it. It does not look like it mounts to anything. A person couldn’t fire this thing, the recoil would send you flying!
