    On the contrary, I think she’s been in too many “popular” (read: stupid and pointless) movies recently, and I’d like to see her in a legitimate dramatic film.

    Nah. That still sucks. Alba in a dramatic role is a square peg in a round hole. She makes a good victim and a good stripper / dancer.

    In Sin City she played a victim and a stripper. Thats simply the best that she has to offer.

    But it’s not all bad - I think she made a really solid performance as a victim stripper.

    Example: Fantastic 4 sucked balls. She in no way looked the part of a white scientist older sister. If they would have re-written her part as some kind of young Latino girl who has the power to summon a pole - and dance on it - the movie would have improved 10-fold.

    Christ, I downloaded the movie for free and I still feel cheated that I watched that steaming pile of crap.

    Dunno, ack, looks like you at least take Jessica very seriously indeed.

    Can’t believe no-one’s used fiddle in an innuendo. I would, but she doesn’t pluck my strings at all.

    A Google search will provide an article about her in 2007, her violin playing sounding like a cat in heat.
