      Looks like siu mei, but I’ve never seen it made with rice, it’s traditionally all meat. That’s caviar on the top though.

      Too me it looks like siu mei/shumai/whateverthefuckjapscallit. dough wrapped around fried rice topped with chives and fish roe. As for the name of the dish i have no clue. Do i win internets?
