    I’m pretty sure that’s way more than advised for daily calcium intake.

    it’s all relative, I’m a 6′3 275 lb. college football defensive linemen so the calcium/protein/calories in 1 gallon of milk is beneficial to my needs. If anyone ever on here weight lifts do the milk and squat program if you want to get huge.
