Unless it’s a heavily modified Hell- or Boltgun missing the ammo clip, it has nothing to do with WH40k.
Yes, it might be a scavenged gun from the Underhive, but that doesn’t really make it an actual WH40k gun. That just makes it a gun.

At least the argument could be made that its a battery pack on the back, but wouldn’t that make it more of a laspistol? Lasguns have battery packs right? Or is that just the hellguns?

Aye, both Lasguns and Hellguns have rechargeable powerpacks. But really, the shape of the gun is wrong in every single way. For a Las- or Hellgun that is.

It is a painted Nerf Longshot CS-6 Sniper rifle, I have one myself, it is great for dorm nerf wars! I modded mine out so it can shoot accurate to about 60 ft.
