   Judging from the volcanic activity, my guess would be that it’s Io. A great site for this kind of pic every day: antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/archivepix.html

    You know Jupiter has a shitload of moons? That specific one is Io. The blue stuff on it’s side is an eruption from one of the volcanoes on it.
