The whole character is. I think that tid bit even made it to wiki a long time ago.
That particular piece of from the Black and White series. Good origin story on the Joker though again not reliable or definitive of course.
Problem being the action is ripped from B89. Hopefully everything post TDK will benefit from the same treatment of absolute to only sedimentary derivativeness.
