Honestly it was my first thought.
Not my first thought, but fairly soon thereafter.

Dildo’s are based off the various shapes/sizes of penises, it’s not an original design in and of itself. That being said, it has added certain “improvements” like the little rabbit thing, double-headed versions, vibrate/rotate abilities, etc. So, I say this is shaped like a penis.

First post. I was merely stating that dildo’s aren’t the origin of this shape.
You have to take the color into account. Most men dont have a neon pink penis that is shiny and smooth. While the shape may be more accurately described as a penis, overall it looks like a dildo because of shape, color, texture, etc.
