    With that metal parachute on top, and a powerful enough engine, yes, it will take off.

    Also: Is it meant to be a dragster or go kart?

    Maybe they intended to make a set of these based on popular video game characters so they could have a Mario-Kart-esque go-kart race?

    It looks like it’s on a classic hotrod chassis, so it’s neither a go cart nor a dragster.
    I’m guessing they just just took an old T bucket hot rod and replaced the body with this pacman dealio…
