   @ agirl

   Perhaps you’ve never been to Mexico City, where blond Mexicans are not uncommon. This is the result of the greater influx of Spanish blood which is European, thus the lighter skin and hair.

    wookie_x is correct, but not only on mexico city, all mayor cities are like that, and not only from spanish blood, where i live there are large italian, lebanese and german communities.
