      Ash FTW
snake was Cliche out the ass

    2. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

A cliche of what? And, Ash (and the entire Army of Darkness film) wasn’t the cheesiest pile of garbage ever? I love them both, but, you can’t pick on one without the other being equally targeted.

    3. TrikYodz (UID#1103)

Ash had Funny interesting quips and good sayings
      snakes lines were
      predictable and dull
      although he was somewhat cool
ASH HAS A CHAINSAW FOR A FUCKIN HAND
      how cool is that

    4. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

      imo:
      Silenced MAC-10+Eyepatch>Chainsaw hand+double-barreled shotgun.
Although, I’m on the ninja side in the “ninja vs pirates” debate. Now that I think about it, does an eyepatch and a silenced weapon sort of put you on both teams?
And, Snakes lines were perfect, it was the sarcastic cynical shit I would say if I were in his situation. Same with Ash, for the most part, which is why I don’t feel that there is any reason to prefer one over the other in this depiction.

    5. mAgnUS BUTTfoorson (UID#238)

Ash isn’t just from Army of Darkness of course. Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2 resulted in Army of Darkness (plus countless videogames and a musical which is actually pretty funny).
Escape from NY gave us Escape from LA. That’s proof enough that he sucks.
Ash could win this with his eyes closed.
Plus Bruce is awesome and Kurt Russell is not so much awesome.

    6. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

I’m well aware of Evil Dead (and 2), but I feel that both characters were awesome. Bruce Campbell may be better than Kurt Russell, but remember, Kurt Russell was also Jack Burton.

Also, I’m confused as to why a chainsaw would throw sparks off of a seemingly wooden bat?

    7. mAgnUS BUTTfoorson (UID#238)

Logic has no place within these walls.
Another point to consider: the film makers behind each and their subsequent careers.
      Ash wins again.

    8. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

      Spiderman 3?

    9. reboot (UID#436)

      spider-man 3 > [Ghosts of Mars|Vampires|Village of the Damned]

    10. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

Wow, I think not, but ok. Tobey Maguire as emo-spidey? Topher Grace as VENOM!!!

Ghosts of Mars had Natasha Henstridge, and I believe Jason Statham. Any (mainstream) movie (with a decent budget and cast) about vampires is almost guaranteed to be worth watching (except Bloodrayne II etc).

    11. mAgnUS BUTTfoorson (UID#238)

Spiderman 3 was the hiccup amongst a whole slathering of quality.
Vs. Carpenter who has pretty much sucked on failures dick for the past 30 years.

    12. Sarcastastic (UID#2065)

The real question we should be debating is what the hell is he shooting?

    13. xaldinlancer (UID#1057)

and whats with the giant fork?

    14. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

Have you seen “Army of Darkness”? He gets assaulted in a cabin by a gang of mini-hims.

    15. Rawr (UID#1241)

WTF is with the full scale fork in the background

    16. schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

The same thing that is going on with the giant fork xaldinlancer sees. The midget Ashes are stabbing Ash with it, just like in the movie “Army of Darkness”….

    17. TrikYodz (UID#1103)

      ash still wins
