Call me paranoid, but I think that’s what those grocery club cards will be used for. Just like insurance raises your rates if you are a smoker, they’ll raise your rates if you don’t eat enough vegetables (or whatever). So given the choice between the two, companies are cheap, and they getting even cheaper as times goes on, you'll never see the unbreakable deadly american variety, as they cost about 5000$ apiece, whereas the knockoffs would be blown by placing a 9 volt battery on your skin.
