I still fail to see why these are illegal all over the place… Its not like a fixed blade is slower than an automatic…

    2. Vote -1 Vote +1FMF (UID#1412)

I think you fail to see that this is not a normal automatic knife. It’s a spring-loaded blade launcher.

    3. Vote -1 Vote +1reboot (UID#436)

this is a dumb idea. you have one shot and after that the other guy has your weapon.

    4. Vote -1 Vote +1Mayy (UID#869)

      So don’t miss.

    5. Vote -1 Vote +1Phyreblade (UID#1414)

Ah. Good point…. (bad pun intended…)

    6. Vote -1 Vote +1L_Tetris_Block (UID#626)

      Wonder how far it fires.

    7. Vote -1 Vote +1Phyreblade (UID#1414)

I think, depending on the design, anywhere between 10 to 30 feet…

    8. Vote -1 Vote +1Gilly (UID#734)

I’d say that this would make for a nasty little surprise…especially if you have a backup knife to continue the party.

    9. Vote -1 Vote +1Xp (UID#1468)

Wouldn’t a gun be more practical?

Wouldn’t a gun be more practical?

Yes. And ironically, would actually be more legal.

      Win. 1000,000 internets.

    11. Vote -1 Vote +1Kaze (UID#303)

There’s something to be said for the suprise factor.
If being attacked by a guy with a gun, and you produce a knife, he’s going to be caught offguard if it launches at him, and punctures his heart.

    12. Vote -1 Vote +1goforbroke (UID#1337)

      @kaze

yeah but the heart is a prety small target to hit with a knife blade and if you miss your going to get shot anyways

    13. Vote -1 Vote +1Kaze (UID#303)

Still better than standing there with nothing.

    14. Vote -1 Vote +1schulzbrianr (UID#1277)

It works, I saw Thomas Jane use it in “The Punisher” and I believe it came from one of the comics.
