She's probably holding her breasts, which is what is causing her left (right side of pic) one to look higher/malformed, and it looks like she is a bit depressed, or sad, or some expression of unhappiness. Probably due to the fact she is (I'm guessing) upset that she has to be unclothed in front of some guy taking pictures of her, pictures that might get out into the world, and she doesn't want anyone/everybody to be able to see her naked, which is in my book a good thing, it's nice to see a girl with morals out there.
