I think the best way to read Encyclopedia Dramatica is to take it totally at face value, willfully – or by genuine ignorance – ignoring any sort of humour or parody to be found there. In the autistic, semi-human world of Iddq’s sockpuppet Diabeetus, I imagine every line of ED is some kind of 100% literal bible of unquestionable truth, completely indicative of the intentions of its authors.
