Stephanie becoming Robin was a way to set up her eventual death and the whole underworld war storyline. If she hadn’t become Robin, she wouldn’t have had access to the secret scenarios Batman had laid out about destabalized Gotham gangs…

was the female robin a way to make batman not seem like a pedophile? or at least make it a little more acceptable that he was touching a teenage girl and not a teenage boy. You know they say that the majority of pedophiles were molested as kids, so i guess we know how Alfred treated “Master Bruce” after his parents got whacked.
