One of the symptoms of Parkinsons is tremors. (The involuntary trembling of the limbs.) Thus you mix tremors with... random stuff... then it supposedly makes... lots of stuff... It's the most stupid play on tremors I have ever seen, but I guess because MJF is popular they keep popping up everywhere... See here we go again with the whole MJF+X=X^100 thing.
