   So how many hundreds of thousands of dollars was this thing auctioned off for? Remember they had a big auction for this stuff, some stuff like the Enterprise-E model went for about $1 million USD

   Yea bob, it’s supposed to look this way. Self destruction blew the saucer to hell as it entered the Genesis Planet’s atmosphere so the Klingons couldn’t have the ship.
