If it was real, the “Uncontrolled Black Holes” would be in all caps like the rest of the sign. But that also looks like it would make it too long to fit (as one line at least).

Its real, if the letters were in caps they would be too big for the sign.
ITS REAL, IF THE LETTERS WERE IN CAPS THEY WOULD BE TOO BIG FOR THE SIGN.

Just because the way a website auto-formats the default letter size/shape, doesn’t mean it can’t fit. If you’ve ever used Illustrator or Composer, you’d know that you can squeeze the letters to fit.
Anyone making that sign would have made it in one of those programs, and could have put it all in caps.
