Ha ha ha, it’s funny ’cause they’re poor and desperate for any escape from the hellish reality that has been their nation for the last half decade!

actually it’s funny cause he just wants a beer. Iraq is a dry country. Poor army boy got no beer, no pickup truck and no girl. Sounds like a country song.

No, he’s army. It’s their new ACU (advanced combat uniform?) and, Marines don’t have a flag on the arm.

Plus his hat is not the distinctive marine hat. Which they still use even with the new digitized uniforms.
