   I think the term “clean dirt” refers to fill or loom that is of mostly uniform size granules. It has been sifted of all odd shaped rocks and trash.

   I think.

   Exactly right, Kerry, although my vocabulary would have been a lot less in describing that

   I was also going to mention that a lot of people would consider this a joke, but it’s not.

   We have a lot of crappy dirt from fixing our house up, and we piled some 8×4’s or close beams on it and made a patio :p

   yeah, i knew what it meant too when i took the pic. it just struck me funny.
