    Actually, no chrome was wasted on that. The tchnique used to get that finish is simply buffing THE FUCK out of a base coat of paint. A german tuning company called DTM mastered the process with an Audi A8L for a saudi a few years back, google “chrome audi a8″ and youll see it. Seriously though, they simly buff the paint using the finest grade buffier they can.
