Hmm, lets see, seeing as how I made that post on the tail end of reading everything above it, your first suggestion is nil.
2nd, I’m not apologizing for anything, in fact, I’m still laughing that you find it so incredulous that anyone would be able to retain such facts as horsepower numbers.
3rd. You drive a 350Z, okay, its a nice car, for under 40k, even up to 50k there’s not much to touch it. but under 100k? not so much. sometimes the reason people look things up before they claim them is to not make themselves look like retards when they speak.
Here are some facts I “Researched” from my mind.
1st. C6 Zo6, there’s no way your 350Z is going to beat that in a comparison- 60-90k
2nd. BMW M3- This one, I can speak from experience. I don’t know offhand if its faster than the 350, but I bet it would out-handle it. Plus, its got four seats, and a much higher level of luxury than the 350.
Now that I googled a fact to check it, I’m surprised. Because I have to add two more cars.
1. Yes, the M3 is much faster than the 350
2. The Subaru WRX STI is around the same price, much faster, much better handling, four doors, and AWD to boot.
3.Subaru WRX- ~20,000, same speed as the 350, probably comparable or slightly lesser handling capabilities, again, with four doors, four seats, and AWD
I have no impetus to randomly attack people, but you seriously need to read your own comments, because you aren’t making any sense. Making fun of people because they know things? why don’t you just slap “Stupid and Jealous” across your forehead?

I’ve driven an M3. Great car but I like mine better. M3 doesn’t out handle my car because I have mine tuned properly.

As for comparing a 350z to a M3 to a c6 Z06 and a WRX STI, the c6 z06 beats the snot out of all above for performace (in a straight line and on track) for $$$
google c6 z06 Slalom numbers, but dont trust any magazine or internet person, test drive one yourself

How did I own up to my lies? I said that I wiki’ed it for a picture, not for information. It’s a beautiful powerful car, which is why I always remembered information about it from magazines, which could constitute researching it. What tuning have you done to your Z? if all you’ve done is “tune” it, without any new parts, the Vette, STI, and M3 will outperform it in speed and handling.
The Z06 actually handles extremely well, which is admittedly rare in a corvette.
The M3 has a 0-60 time of 4.8 seconds, the Sti is between 4.5 and 4.8 depending on what you’re looking at, and the Corvette is just shitfast, though I don’t feel like looking it up right now.
The 350Z has a 0-60 time of 5.2 seconds, so yes, slower. the HP numbers are similar, but the M3 is much much lighter.
There aren’t really any numbers for handling, but from my experience and the views of others, I would put money on the M3 and Z06 over the Z anyday. The M3′s handling is near Race-car quality. I admit I’ve never driven a 350Z, so I can’t comment firsthand on its handling, but looking at the weight of the cars and the distribution thereof, I would say the M3 takes it.
