    It’s a mixed (pencils and ink/digital) drawing by Masamune Shirow, published in the artbook Intron Depot 2: Blades.

    Just a little after that he stopped from writing stories and decent (although terribly brainy) manga to just drawing outright NSFW girls (including tentacles). There must be a tentacle rape Black Hole that eventualy pulls all Manga Artists (surely called: easy money).
